Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase and we will do what we can to help you be happy. All refunds/returns/exchanges are decided on a case-by-case basis. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please email (brislashop@gmail.com) or fill the Contact Us form within 10 days of delivery. A written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Please do not ship back your item until you have received confirmation from us that we will honor your return. Items returned after 10 days of delivery without prior approval may be refused.

We do charge a restocking fee of $10.00 for Brisla Bags.
Sale items are non-refundable.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your package back, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service or Fedex. Items are usually shipped within 2 business days from the day you placed the order. Orders usually take between 5-10 business days to arrive at your address from the moment you made the purchase on our website. 

Shipping for furniture pieces varies on the weight and destination. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
